Today we arrived in Isle Of Pines and OMG it is paradise! Absolutely beautiful, relatively untouched, uninhibited, a beautiful mix of hues, blues and turquoise waters, simply stunning and for me, definitely the highlight of this cruise!
Unless there's a major, major reason, I generally like to do my own thing in ports, explore the local area and walk around...
Today, was no different in that respect, I walked a little bit around and I saw a little foresty area, intrigued, I ducked in and came across a footpath, definitely off the beaten track. I could hear some noises, which I hoped could've been the sea but could also have been the rustle of the trees.
A few minutes later, lo and behold I came across a beautiful little beach! A little private area for me, untouched and totally, completely tranquil and stunning! WOW! What a blessing. I just sat down and observed the waves, the sun and the sand. It was paradise! No one around but me! Perfection!
It really highlighted to me that just do whatever suits you! I've never been into excursions or doing group thingys and today I was well rewarded and reinforced the greatness of just following your heart and doing your thang.
On another note...
The last tender to the ship was at 4.30pm and I thought I had another hour to spare (so many time changes on the cruise!!!). I thought it was approaching 3.30pm but I thought just in case I'll head back early... I came to the mini dock and saw they were packing things away. It was only when I got on the tender that I realised is was the last freaking tender to the ship!!! Dear lord, what a blessing the voices in my head, OCD, and all that kicked in. It was just a little impulse to hurry back and lucky I followed it. 'Things are always working out for me' we must repeat!!! Lol!!
A couple of sea days then we hit Sydney. Not sure what reception will be like but I will see you when I see you!!! It has been the most amazing trip ever! There's no going back, go all in and until the end!!! (Private joke...!!!)
Things really are working out for us all!!!
Happy paradise-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It is so wonderful to observe my little nephew growing up. It is such a joy to see a little pure child- a tabula rasa, learn about his surroundings through constant experience. We have arrived at Suva and it is looking like a mightily busy place, I'm off to explore! We have arrived in Lautoka, off to explore soon!!! Looks quite beautiful!!!! 'Happiness is more important than oxygen' (Don't take this literally!) Alignment is vital to life, and when you've tasted that alignment, when you're not in it, it feels incredibly tough! I have been enjoying the Iplayer TV series 'Eat well for less' with Greg Wallace of Masterchef fame. Together with a partner in crime he goes out to help families whose food spending is out of whack and helps them not only save money but also eat a more nutritionally dense diet. That's what Abe says, kinda! I was watching part of the Steve Jobs documentary and it still blows my mind the effect he had and continues to have on the world, what an amazing legacy! So we enter the second set of lectures... Here are some key points: A beautiful sea day, albeit a bit bumpy! Interestingly Abe went straight into questions and didn't do an opening spiel! Today we had our first day of lectures and here are the stand out points... Abe's New 12 Steps: All is well!!! Happy uncondition-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx The next lot of blogs may be dated as I'm out of sync with UK time and may not be able to get online everyday.
- You are tethered to a broader perspective. You didn't come to save the world. You came because you are creative genius. You came because there is variety. - When conditions are at their best, it's easy to be in alignment. But we do not want you to be need to pleased by the environment or people. Maybe Abe should've got Esther to organise one of these in a wretched place! Lol. So we can focus and be in alignment. - Be nice to each other, be nice to yourselves! All is well! Happy cruise-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Oh wow!!! I am just loving Sydney- it is an incredible city. Tomorrow we join the ship! Internet may be very sketchy, so will see you when I can! Lots of love, Nick Xxx
Ok, well that's not completely true, there are many people who do, but it's funny what a myriad of prescribed ways there are to deal with it- literally! Some people advise (well most people) that you would generally be better holding your equities for long periods of time, 5-10 years+ to level out the fluctuations. Others say it would be best to check them regularly- for example, every 6 months, just to see how they are doing compared to the market in general. One chunk of research I read said that after some psychological research, it's in fact highly recommended to buy a good diverse mix of shares and then don't check them for decades- don't read another business article or anything like that! The reason for this is that they found people were more risk averse when they saw frequent losses (which can be common in the financial markets). However as the stock exchange generally does provide the best gains, especially compared to government bonds and gilts (which are more stable but with lower returns), they said it is worth putting your money in the riskier shares market because your returns would be far better. But with the frequent downs, it puts people off and so they would tend to invest less. So as with all things, it's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. There are tons of people out there giving you diametrical opposed advices. What you have to do is sift and sort and work out what systems work for you! You have to be brave enough to make your own mistakes. When I did a finance course ages ago, they said don't copy anyone else, it's not the same, whether you're right or wrong, you need to be making your own choices. It just makes more emotional sense! So just get out there and work out your own way of doing it. Enjoy it all!! Happy share-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx A huge thank you for the warm welcome and leading edgeness of it all! What a fun, wonderful evening. A huge thanks!
It is always fun sharing this work with those across the world and what a blessing it is to be here. Taking consciousness and beingness to new, ground breaking levels! We started, as usual with meditation. This is a really great way to relax the body and the mind. By tuning into no thought, you're allowing your vibration to naturally rise and let your goodness in. We then covered the money game. Filling in a magical, blank cheque with an amount of your choosing and vibrationally spending it. Feeling the flow and freedom of it all. So good! You can look at how your spending helps those in the world around you- by choosing to put your dollars/pounds into the economy, you're assisting all the wonderful sales people, creatives, mechanics, designers, importers, exporters etc- it's way bigger than you would imagine! We then looked at things which made you happy in your career- where you feel most comfortable/ what you loved doing as a child/ what you enjoy doing now and what you would like to do more of if you had unlimited time and resources. We then covered a list of positive aspects. Listing all the things you love about a person in your life. As you activate it more and more, you'll see it more and more! We then listed activities which were relaxing. When you're ill or stressed it can be too hard to reach for a positive thought, so having conscious tools such as: meditation, exercise, relaxation, reading, audio books etc are so helpful in raising your vibration. We closed with some Oprah and TJOP videos- so beautiful! How wonderful, so I've now taught across the UK, both coasts of America, Asia and now Australia! What next?! Thank you for a lovely evening! I am going to miss Melbourne a lot (especially the Lindt cafes!!! Mega yummy!). Onwards to Sydney and Fiji!!! All is well! Happy Melbourne-ing!!! Love you all lots, Nick Xxx It was funny, the other day I was meeting my friend in central London and whilst they don't live completely in the sticks, they are definitely not used to the hustle and bustle and crammedness of it all.
She really couldn't stand it and definitely wouldn't want to live in the busyness that is London! Whereas I couldn't live anywhere else! It's a mix of what you're used to, preference and what floats your boat! And that is the magnificence of the diversity of the Universe that we live in. I just love the life of the city, all there is to do, the late hours, the great (usually) transport system. I just love, love, love it! Yet, I know people who abhor the busy lifestyle and much prefer the quieter, country life. Just like there are those who love adventure holidays vs beaches vs cruises (that's me!). It's the buffet of life out there. There is so much choice out there and you are so free. When I think about it, there is really little reason to complain! Yes, for whatever reasons it's not always possible to just up and leave, but you can definitely work towards your dreams when you're ready. As Abe say, you are free! You are so free to choose, you can even choose bondage! It's just waking up to the awareness that you have those options. Until then, you will always be subject to the whims and whiles of your surroundings! So wake up and smell the fresh (or smoggy!) air!!! You get to live the life of your creating! Just start somewhere. All is well!!! Happy city-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx The unseen vibrations behind everything is consistent... Ask Amy Adams as she hustles!!! Xxx17/10/2015 I was re-watching one of my fave interviews ever- The Hollywood Reporter with the academy actresses such as: Oprah, Lupita, a few others and Amy Adams. What caught my attention this time was when Amy was speaking about her role in American Hustle. Woo! I've arrived in Australia, my internet is very sketchy so may very well not be able to post daily. Catch ya when I can!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Being focused in this world, being the kind, loving being that you are, it can be really easy to get involved in other people's business.
It is natural to want to help and uplift others but you cannot take on another's plight. It is not good for that person and it is not good for you. That's not to say that you shouldn't care or offer support. However, you need to be able to draw the line and take care of self. Try as you might, you can't intervene in their life to any lasting or permanent degree. And even if you could, they would either become way to dependent or resentful due to your constant interference. What does help everyone, is your positive attention to the situation. Mentally and vibrationally activating the best of all those in the situation. To know that those you love are smart, capable, sure and brilliant. Once you have you unwavering focus on this, now you are of truly value. You just set your tone and allow them to flow to you. It can get really tiring trying to save the world. It was never your job. Your work is to have fun! To connect as much as you can to Source and have as much experience and sifting and sorting as you can. That's what life is made of!!! Happy stuff-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx NB: I'm off down under from this evening so my internet/blogging might not be posted everyday!!! Will do it as often as I can get online though!!! Lots of love Xxx
It was funny, quite a while ago, I was into the Wicked musical soundtrack and had it on full blast. My friend who isn't really into that was, like 'Turn that off! It's awful!' Well sorry! Lol! It just got me thinking about the wonderful diversity of stuff that's out there and the diametric responses we can have to them. That is the magic of being in this varied physical time-space reality. There is so much to choose and focus on. Somethings will make you soar so high with joy and appreciation (music has always been a good one for me). And other things will switch you off faster than you can say 'Eleka Nahmen Nahmen!!!' The key in life is to seek that which you find enjoyable. Make that a priority every day! Laugh more, play more. Steve Jobs in his Stanford Commencement said words to the effect of- when he was about to set off on his day ahead, if he looked in the mirror and asked himself if this was the way he wanted to spend his life and the answer was 'No' too many days in a row, he'd be thinking of changing it up. Life is relatively short. So don't waste your time living someone else's dream! Live your own. Follow your passions and inspirations. Even if it's just small part of your day! You're needs are important too! No one gets to choose for you. And there is so much choice in this world, that you really can get out there to hunt for things that float your boat. Life is for living! Happy Wicked-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Ages and ages ago, when I was in the music Abe mix mode and I had got my hot seat question, I created a ton of mixes for an edited segment I loved. I used my fave instrumentals from pop, classic, rnb, hip hop and all sorts.
I completely forgot about them for a while and I have only just revisited them and I am loving it! It just showed me that some distance gives you a clear view on stuff. Completely removing your attention and forgetting about it, can give you a fresh, purer perspective on it. That's what we recommend when you're going through something difficult that you can't budge vibrationally. Get off the subject, distract yourself with good feeling things. When your vibration is at a higher point then continue that good feeling and allow the issue to sort itself out or from that higher stance, try working on the issue. You'll be doing it from a more powerful place so you can be in the Vortex whilst fixing the issue and not being in a lower place and having that it drag you to a lower frequency. That's the key to powerful upliftment, to hold your focus so strongly that people and things have to join you up there and not you being drawn into their drama. If a loved one is having difficulty, then you do them the greatest service by seeing them as happy, successful and well. Not to change them or to try to force them to be up there but instead, by feeling good about how wonderful they are and then shining a spotlight on that. So take a break, some time out and see how you feel about it all. Hopefully you'll be vibing high and it'll all be great! Enjoy it all anyhoo!!! Happy distance-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Wowwwwww!!!!! Thank you so much Birmingham, what an amazing, brilliant group of people sharing and caring and supporting each other. Soooo leading edge, I just love it so much!!!
Some key points: - Feel good no matter what. Whether you have your stuff or not, matters not at all! If you can make sure that you're doing your best to feel good, now we're talking! Because at the core of what you want is the feeling. - Feel the vibration of abundance!!! There is an abundance of abundance everywhere you look. As you can focus on that, as you see more of it, by law you will draw more of it to you. Get in the flow and you'll notice it everywhere you look. - We've all been there and done that. Criticism, family issues, break ups, break downs etc. It's this contrast which pushes us to do more! It's made us who we are and is the bestest thing that could've happened- when you clear it and know that you've given birth to more and more. All is well! - A little bit of positivity can go a long way. It doesn't matter how long you've been negative for or what's gone before you. Your point of power is the NOW, you get to choose what you think and feel and what you focus upon. We are just reminding you of that which you know at the core of your being. - Let it go! Withdraw your attention from what is wrong and what is not working, get off and do some fun stuff! Raising your vibration can do tremendous things for you and your manifestations. Just relax into it! All is so very well!!! Thank you all so much!!! Love, love, love it!!! Happy Birmingham-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Now have a think about the above statement. How true is that?! If you continue to live your life in exactly the same way, then chances are you'll be constantly regurgitating the same thing. If life is working for you and all is well, then continue in the way that you are. But, if things aren't, then it may be worth considering a change. As they say 'a change is as good as a rest!'
For me, for the most part, I usually like to mix things up and this year- one of my New year's resolutions has been to try new and different things. And it had been fun- sometimes I've loved it and other times it hasn't agreed with me but I'm much the wiser and more expanded because of it! I've tried: new sports, visiting new places I've never been before (Asia and Australia, Scotland), a new cake from my fave Patisserie Valerie almost every month (who said resolutions needed to be difficult?! Lol) and a daily blog, to name but a few things... And most I've found so thrilling and exciting! The point I'm making here, is don't be scared to just get out there and do new things. Especially and obviously that which sounds exciting and inspiring to you. You just never know where it'll take you. As Steve Jobs said 'You can't connect the dots looking forward!' So try a new book, group, food, sport, activity for the fun and expansion. You'll add to the colour and variety of your life and you'll learn a bit more about what makes you tick. NB: Be easy and kind to yourself. You can't expect yourself to be an expert at everything you do. In fact, the more you do, the more you'll find that you're not good at! But don't let anyone talk you down (not least of all yourself!), if anyone is impatient or unkind then ignore them and take your business elsewhere! For me, as I can be really slow sometimes, I need someone who is patient and able yo break things down for me- which is what I like to be as a teacher. So have fun, try new things, experience that this life has to offer! All is well! Happy New-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx So, it's 6 years that my London group has been running. It feels so quick and yet a long time! Here are some thoughts, learnings, insights that I've gained these past years and in life. Enjoy dear ones and thank you for being part of this magnificent co creation! Xxx
It's all about the people, 'bout the people (no treble!) It's all the wonderful group members such as yourselves which make these events the fabulousness that they are. Your constant commitment, your willingness to come along and try new things and share the best of who you are is unparalleled! You are all so kind, so brilliant, so generous, so loving, so wise... I could go on forever! What I love so much, is when someone has a question or an issue and everyone (metaphorically) runs round and gives support, advice and love. To be able to be who you are and express yourself without fear of judgement can be an incredibly rare thing in the regular world, so I really to try encourage that vibe. A few minutes spent with a supportive stranger can change your life- it did mine! This is one of the most powerful things out there! You have both the theory AND practical parts! What I like about the groups is that we have the two foldedness of vibration upliftment here. You have the social aspect which also involves the theory side- learning from each other. The other incredible component is the practical techniques. I try to bring as many different tools, techniques and variations as I can each time in the hope that you'll find something at some point which works. Also, listening to each other's experiences and seeing how everyone else does their processes is invaluable, especially for the beginners who don't know where to start. This shit works!!! It really does! I have seen it time and time again and have experienced it for myself- which is why I'm so passionate about teaching it and helping anyone I can who will listen. And this shit can work fast!!! I have seen people and their lives change in as little as one Meetup! It is tremendous- the way they look, the confidence with which they carry themselves, the alignment that occurs is truly mind blowing and so great to see! Whilst I would like to take all the credit for that, it's more what they go away and do after the meeting that's what counts, because trust me, some will think it's a pile of poo and will see no change! It's about feeling good first and foremost not getting the stuff! Being aware is key and try to do some regular practise. How you feel should be everything. Manifestations are secondary, it's all about feeling better/as good as you can. When you get your head around this and make it your priority to be aware and then try to shift to a more positive mindset, now we're talking! If you can, do some daily techniques- it's so helpful! You're not to be happy all time and don't hold yourself to such impossible standards. But you can definitely feel better when you're ready, that is important. Some will love you, others will hate you. But you just gotta dust it off and keep doing the good work you do!!! For the most part, there is a tremendously positive response to the groups. If only just cos the people are just so lovely! However, some people really haven't liked what I've presented to them! You can't please everyone and you just have to let it go and carry on! This is a piece of advice I always give to anyone doing their own group, business or who's putting themselves out there. You just have to keep at it regardless of if they like or hate you! As there will always be those on either side. Be mindful not to listen to the haters too much. As Abe says- those who hardest to please are usually completely unpleasable so don't even try to bother to bend yourself in ways to please them. I've maintained that I'd rather be divisive than insipid- i.e. I'd rather someone love my work or really dislike it than be a lukewarm 'meh' about it! And you never know how you may impact someone. I did some work with a group member at the very beginning, I didn't see them for a while so had no idea how they were, it was only a few months later that I caught up with them and they had manifested the thing we had worked on! Be vulnerable, be open, be out there (especially if you're freelancing and the like), just be you! I'm usually a private person, as a strong introvert I'm not a fan of putting myself out there, being showy or boastful. But I'm an open book when it comes to this work. I'm happy to share what works for me and my experiences with LOA because I truly believe this works! I like to think people can pick up on this transparency. I very much appreciate the way Abe are completely open about Esther and Jerry's adventures, foibles and strengths. Only you can do it in your way, just be aligned with it! Sometimes I hear doubt from a person about whether what they have to offer (teaching, coaching, business, product etc) is any good and why should they offer it? You have to believe in yourself/what you have to offer. No one else has lived the life that you have or had the experiences you've lived and you are not alone (usually lol) in your issues! This makes you an authority on those subjects. I know LOA, I know travel and a bit about other areas of life, but other things I haven't experienced or have the foggiest about! Offer what you can and be aligned with it. When IBM ruled the world, computers were impersonal monolithic things. Apple and Jobs came along and were determined to bring the personal touch to computing and have since taken over the world many times in many ways! They had such alignment and passion with what they did, it carried them forward. Do it for the experience and let the rest go. You may 'fail', you may succeed, but in any case you'll be expanding! Just keep committed to growing and learning. JUST KEEP GOING! I've always thought to do things purely for the experience, just to try it and see how it goes. I have done a lot in my years (e.g dance teaching, croupiering, film work, photography, charity work, the list goes on...)- many failures, many successes but it's always an adding to! And you learn a little bit each time. As Jobs says- you can only connect the dots looking back. I know you freelancers out there rely on stuff to make an income and for your survival, but if you can to write the need to make money out of the equation somehow, you'll feel freer, more fun and things will flow. It's all about the experience! Just keep at it and trust somehow, someway things will shift. There is no one right way. Do not compare yourself to others! Everyone is unique and meant to be so! Listening to the plethora of authors, books, tools and techniques and their variations that my group members bring each time, really shows me that there is no one right way. Everyone has their own way. One man's pleasure is another man's poison. Each to their own. What I like is just to present as many ways of thinking and let you take whatever works for you. Be you and let everyone else be them! It can be really tempting to get loved ones to want to think the same way as you, especially when you feel as good as you do. Some may be willing to listen and share the best with them. But don't force it upon anyone. As I once read 'Don't try to teach a pig to sing (or something!), it wastes your time and annoys the pig!' In other words, don't spend your time trying to change someone who doesn't want it. Be you and when they see how happy and successful you are, they will ask and then you can go nuts! Just keep at it! Someway, somehow you'll see change! Some people see life change quick- manifestations can happen fast. Others it's a longer process. Just keep going, if not this school of thought, then another or another. Just keep conscious on your path to learning. It's a way of life! There is a greater power out there, loving you, supporting you, it's just up to you to align. I can't know this for sure sure but it's definitely what I believe. Things are always working out for you, you are loved and taken care of. Sometimes (well in fact all of the time!), it's just you who blocks it. Be your own best friend, love yourself and you'll fly! Your escrow is always growing. The worse it's been, the better it is on the other side! No matter how bad things have been, no matter how depressed you've felt or for how long- you can change it. But also, because of this, your escrow is bigger and brighter and what's waiting for you on the other side of it is bigger and brighter than you could imagine! Everyone's the same! Everyone wants a better, feel good life. I've been fortunate enough to teach regularly across the UK every month, in Asia, across America and shortly Australia. And whilst there are cultural differences, everyone is ultimately the same. Everyone wants to feel better, everyone feels some fear doing something new, all want more self confidence, to know they create their own life and can be, do or have anything they want. So there you have it. Some things I've learned these past years and throughout my life! I hope it will be of some benefit (maybe life changing!) to you. Thank you for sooooo much for being here! I LOVE YOU ALL SO SO SOOOO MUCH!!! Here's to many more years!!! Happy group-ing!!! All my love, Nick Xxx Thank you HYLE! What an amazing day we had today! Loving it so much. A really fabulous group of people taking life to the next level!!!
Today we started with Maria. She started with the basic philosophy points of Louise Hay. Loving the self is the most powerful thing you can do. Change your thoughts, change your life! Release and surrender to allow in more. Be grateful now, look around the room and find something you appreciate now. As you do this, you pave the way for more. Gunita covered the mind-body connection. Taking some time to quiet the mind and tune into the body and what is it trying to tell you. Each illness has an emotional, mental basis, thought patterns become things. The 'You Can Heal Your Life' book has a list of illnesses and their probable mental causes. We then listed the illnesses our parents went through and compared it to ours. We aren't our past nor our parents' beliefs. Just because there may have been an issue in the previous generations, this needn't be the case for us now. We create our life ourselves by what we choose to think and how we feel. We can release our past and move forward with what we want. Kristina got us to list three things we love about ourselves and what we love to do in life. We then wrote the word 'Abundance' over and over again and then contemplated what came other words came to mind. She then told us to think about something which doesn't activate too much resistance within ourselves, e.g. Blue glass, red roses etc, think about it purely, for a short time and then lightly notice when you see it in your life! A little thought activation can yield tremendous results in your manifestational results. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon!! We love you lots!!! Happy HYLE-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx This tool particularly stood out for me teaching a workshop recently. It's a fairly simple process but really spoke to me today!
What you do here is just take one step, any step, in the direction of your goal. What this does is help free up some resistance towards what you want to work towards. Sometimes we can hold our goals in lofty, non-next-logical-step place, they consequently feel too big and that makes it nigh impossible to bring into your experience. What this technique does is put you on the path. Odds are, you'll do that thing and hopefully be inspired to take the next step, then the next and before you know it, bam! You'll be closer than you realise. I believe it was the author of the magnificent book-cum-magnificent movie 'Cloud Atlas' who recounted along the lines of- 'I couldn't write a whole book, but I can write a paragraph... Then a chapter, which became many chapters' and thus eventually became a number 1 best selling book! I was due to go out in the evening but I was feeling a bit lazy and for me, once I get indoors I tend to not feel like going out again. But I wanted to make the most of the opportunity, so I just thought to myself 'Ok, I'll just go and step inside, I don't have to stay long and I leave when I want.' This is a really great tool especially for us introverts! Make a small commitment and once you've completed it, you can be done with it. As it turns out, I stayed out for ages and it was fun! So try it! You never know what it will lead to, how quick it will bring you to what you want and how much fun you could have!!! All is fun!!! Happy step-ping!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Oh my goodness!!! What an amazing, most perfect evening- a most excellent way to mark our 6 years together London!
As always, a huge, huge, huge thank you, to each and everyone who came along and shared the best of themselves! The stories and wisdom was, as always off the hook, ridiculously incredible! Love love love you all so much! Thank you everyone! This is co creation at its very, very best! Some key points: - Can you be happy where you are now? With or without your stuff?! If you can train yourself to be happy wherever you stand, you will be always be happy! But if it's conditional on something else, then you're asking for trouble ha! Because conditions will not always be pleasing to you. - Suffering is necessary, until you realise it is optional. How amazing is that?! Until you realise that you're in control of how you feel, you will always be at the mercy of that which is around you. Once you realise you have a choice, now we're talking! - Love them as they are. Honour their choice and decisions. It can be tough when others aren't living at their 'best', but it isn't our job to fix them. If you can focus on the best of who they are and make sure you give that your full attention, then they can only interact with you when they are at that level. It is law. Just don't give your focus so much to what you don't want! - Become the person you want to attract. Make a list of qualities you want in a partner, then seek about becoming them yourself. As you do that, you will be more in alignment with the amazingness that you've created. - Do your best to let go (of the bad feelings). It can be tough to truly surrender your deepest desires but what you can do, is do your best to let go of the negative emotions that come with not having something you really want. That is what surrender is- releasing the resistance that is keeping you from what you want. Just relax, let go and trust that things are always working out for you. And they are! Go with the stream, the flow and enjoy it!!! All is well!!! Thank you again for your constant love, support and beingness. Here's to another 6 years and many more!!! Happy six-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx It's all about the journey and sometimes the destination too!!! Being number 1 is boring!!! Xxx7/10/2015 As cliche as it sounds, life (and travel kinda) is about the journey and not as much about the destination.
I just remembered Simon Cowell's Oprah Masterclass interview, he said that it's a lot more fun trying to get to number 1, as opposed to being at number 1 and then having to assume a defensive position. Which makes sense! Why do you think so many entrepreneurs have so many businesses? Why do the musicians continue to produce songs even though they have to enough money to retire for several lifetimes?! It's for the focus, the life flowing through them. That's why they do what they do! For me, I enjoy the organising and planning of it all. And I just love pre paving- the excitement of mentally being there, the deciding where to go and when and all the nitty gritty that goes into it. Knowing what I know now, I make an extra conscious effort to enjoy that mental process and planning. Allowing that feeling of exhilaration flow through you- that is what we push for you! You want to enjoy what you can while you can. If you can really get that- if you can reach for the good feeling first and foremost before the manifestation, then you've got it. Because odds are, if you're miserable today and that's your general temperament, then when what you do want comes, you'll still be miserable and/or you'll easily find fault with what you have. Even if this isn't the case, look at it this way- if you can be happy now, no matter what, then you can be happy in the future come what may! That is true mastery right there! So enjoy the journey, enjoy the destination, enjoy it all! For that is life! All is so very well!!! Happy journey-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Sam Smith or Adele doesn't call it 'channelling' but it is!!! Loving the Bond themes!!! Xxx6/10/2015 I was reading up on the creation process to Sam Smith's and Adele's movie songs- of which stand to be some of the most successful James Bond theme tunes in history! And it is reported that they wrote the songs literally in a matter of minutes. It struck me what an aligned process that must've been- to vibrationally download that so quickly, it simply must be a combination of elements aligning in perfect harmony (pardon the pun!).
A form of 'channelling' if you will! It reminded me of a conversation Abraham was having in one of their earlier DVDs. Someone was having trouble with the whole channelling phenomenon. To which Abe replied along the lines of- just refer to it as inspiration! You don't call the basketball player a channeller but he is! In other words, it's just alignment with Source and self, and allowing that wonderful material flow to you and through you. That's what happens when you're in the 'flow'- that psychological phenomena- where you're so engrossed in something fun, you lose all sense of time and space. Being so powerfully focused in the now that you are just loving it. That is the optimum state of creation and allowing. So pay close attention to what gets you in the flow and do that much more! What makes you happy? What could you do for hours on end? Richard Branson posted something like 'I'm not happy because I'm successful, I'm successful because I'm happy!' That's the right way round as far as we're concerned. Follow your bliss. In your joy, you find what you are really about. Feel good and then... All is wonderful!!! Happy Bond-ing!!!
