Welcome to my digital E-Store!
I’ve created a variety of programmes and tools to help you shift your vibration about as much as you can to help you lead a more empowered and inspired life. Here is a brief overview of what is on offer:

I have created daily programmes for use over 7 consecutive days. The intention here was to offer you something you can work through over a period of time to help you shift your vibration on that particular subject. I have deliberately named the programmes ‘Feel Better About…’ as that is what I believe the key to be in aligning with what you want. Feeling better is vitally important in the subsequent attraction of what you want. I have included a mix of: theory, practical written exercises, meditations, relaxations, visualisations and affirmations within the programmes to help provide you with as many ways as possible to raise your vibration.
Each day typical consists of a relaxation or breathing exercise to open and close the session, then theory and practical applications which have been suggested for that day. As the days progress I also usually recap what has been learned and covered in the previous days to help reinforce your learning, repetition is the key to success!
You can repeat the cycle of 7 days if you wish or you can move onto another 7 day programme if you so desire.
I have created some relaxing meditations lasting up to 15 minutes on various subject areas. These are a nice and easy and gentle way to help raise your vibration. You don’t have to do anything but relax, listen and allowing your imagination and well being to take over.
A rampage is a positive, inspiring, powerful stream of consciousness about a particular subject. These are really good if you are or wish to be in the higher emotions (hope, appreciation, exhilaration etc) regarding that area of life. All you need is quiet the mind and let the powerful words uplift you.

There area variety of downloadables on offer depending on what level you are at, how much effort you want to put in and what you wish to feel better about and therefore allow into your life.
I am a big advocate of taking the time to consciously feel better about as much as possible using the processes so I have created numerous tools to help you shift your vibration into a better feeling place.
By deliberately spending some time every day (ideally), you should be feeling better about the subject, you will be more aware of when you aren’t feeling good (and therefore be able to change it) and consequently manifestations will follow as the Law Of Attraction states, what I think and feel and what happens around you is a perfect vibrational match.
Maybe yes, maybe no. As far as I’m concerned, the vital component is awareness- being aware of how you feel moment by moment will serve you far greater than most anything else. When you’re aware, you can then go about changing what doesn’t feel good. These programmes can be a huge or small part of your self improvement.
For some this might be the key to unlocking large chunks of resistance and help them align with their stuff quickly, for others it might be a small contributing part, some may use this as a springboard to doing more work on self and those who aren’t ready this might not have any affect or even might prove irritating to those not in the right place! What I do know, is that it is nigh impossible to consistently work on your vibration without some sort of positive effect, even if it is as simple as feeling a little bit better (which is the most valuable thing!).
You don’t need these programmes, as you could easily spend the time working through the free content on the website. It is just another tool in the plethora of resources that exist out in the world. Just keep working and know that someway, somehow, something will shift and you will reap the positive benefits of taking the time to work on yourself.

All files are high quality MP3 files which need to be downloaded to a computer. From here they can be used on your computer or transferred to your MP3 player. You can test it out on the free relaxation or the free mega sampler if you want to see if it works on your equipment without spending any money.
For the 7 Day Programmes, I would suggest setting aside some quiet time each day where you will be able to think uninterrupted. At the beginning of your day would be an ideal time because there are usually some practical or theoretical points you can put into practise throughout the day to consolidate your learning.

The second is the FREE MEGA SAMPLER. This is really handy if you think you’d be interested in what’s being offered. The sampler features a shortened version of the Meditations and Rampages and at a lower quality audio file. Odds are if you like the content featured here you would like the full programme.

I have created daily programmes for use over 7 consecutive days.
